A Demon’s Choice is out today! It’s a bit emotional for me since it’s the last book in the series, although I don’t think I’m done with my demons just yet 🙂 This book is one of my favorite in the series–Sal was a delight to write!
In other news, Elemental Union is out on Amazon 🙂
Old grudges don’t always die.
Harrison is fascinated by Salomon, the demon who helped save Ilyhas and Esi’s lives. He isn’t sure why, but it doesn’t matter since he’s never going to see him again—until he does. Sal is still trying to identify the demon who cast the spell that almost killed Jadon’s boyfriends, and he needs Harrison’s help.
Sal hates not doing things himself, but he can’t go into a human building to find the demon, not when he’s obviously not human. He’s not sure Harrison will find something, but he does, and much more than Sal expected. His ex is the demon involved, and she’s still angry with him for leaving Hell. When she locks his powers, he knows he has to follow her back to Hell, no matter how little he wants to.
He hadn’t counted on Harrison coming with him, though.
Harrison knows he should stay home, but there’s no way he’s letting Sal face this without him, even though he’s not going alone. Hell can be deadly for humans, but he’d more focused on getting Sal’s powers back—and on falling in love with him.
But not only is Hell a deadly place, so is Shaila, Sal’s ex, and she’s still holding a grudge that can get all of them killed.
I have a surprise release this week! Elemental Union is a short I wrote for the Scorched Souls line for eXtasy. It’s possibly the first story in a new series, although I?ll have to see if I ever get to it and if the characters talk to me 🙂
What happens when water and fire meet?
Rhea is a fire wielder—he can create and control fire. In a world where the different element wielders were pushed away from each other because of a war, his father is working on an attempt to reunite them, at least when it comes to having business ties.
Which is the reason Rhea is kidnapped.
Quillan doesn’t like to stick his nose where it doesn’t belong, but he can’t stay back when he sees two guys pushing a third one into the trunk of car. The fact that the tied-up guy ends up being his soulmate makes everything more complicated—and right.
That is, if he and Rhea can manage their differences, since he’s a water wielder.
In other news, Lawrence, book 7 in the Council Assassins Series, is available on Amazon! https://www.amazon.com/Lawrence-Council-Assassins-Book-7-ebook/dp/B07V9VX9S6/
And A Demon’s Choice is up for preorder on the eXtasy website https://www.extasybooks.com/978-1-4874-2617-0-a-demons-choice/
Lawrence is book 7 in the Council Assassins Series.
Things aren’t always as permanent as they seem.
Lawrence is one of the council assassins, perhaps the one who ended up with the worst ability—he’s a snake shifter, and he secretes his venom even in his human form. He’s never been able to eliminate it entirely from his saliva and bloodstream, and that means he’s made sure to stay away from sex and hookups as much as possible—until now. When he’s sent to kidnap the son of Gavin White, the man experimenting on shifters, he discovers Griffith is his mate.
Griffith is a geneticist. He works for a shifter-owned company that tries to help the shifters and humans who were experimented on by the Glass Research Company. When he’s kidnapped by a cute blond who tells him his father is doing the opposite—experimenting on shifters to turn them into war machines—he’s horrified, and he wants to help.
Lawrence has no idea what to do with the knowledge that Griffith is his mate. They can’t bond, not with the venom in Lawrence’s saliva, so he decides not to tell Griffith about it. He hasn’t counted on Griffith’s stubbornness, though, and when he has to rush to help his mate, he knows he won’t be able to stay away, even though it would be the right thing to do.
I also have two books available for preorder–Elemental Union (July 19) is a fun short in a new universe and possibly the first book in a new series, while A Demon’s Choice (July 26) is the sixth and last book in the Demons Hearts series.
